Kynar® tubing is a cross-linked, thin-walled, heat shrinkable tubing offering a high degree of mechanical Kynar Heat Shrink Tubingstrength and high-temperature resistance. Kynar® 2:1 Shrink tubing is made from an irradiated modified Polyvinyl Flouoride. This thin walled heat shrink tubing offers mechanical strength and high temperature properties. It has high abrasion resistance and dielectric strength combined with resistance to most industrial chemicals. When heated above 175°C, shrinks to form a skintight cover. It is rated for -55°C to 175°C continuous operation. This tubing is transparent and is ideal for use as a component jacket.
