Types of Kynar PVDF

Kynar 740

Kynar® 740, an engineering thermoplastic that offers the stable characteristics of a fluoropolymer, as well as mechanical strength, abrasion resistance and high purity. Kynar® 740 PVDF sheets & rods also offer excellent chemical resistance, UV radiation resistance and low permeability.

Kynar 740
Kynar 1000HD

Manufactured from Kynar polyvinylidene fluoride resin. This material offers excellent corrosion and chemical resistance at both ambient and elevated temperatures. PVDF is also inherently UV stable, mechanically tough, abrasion and flame resistant. Kynar 1000HD is a whiter grade of PVDF than Kynar 740.

Kynar 1000HD
Kynar Film

Kynar®PVDF Film is both strong and tough as reflected by its tensile properties and impact strength. Compared to many thermoplastics, PVDF Film has excellent resistance to creep and fatigue, yet in thin sections such as films, PVDF components are flexible and transparent.

Kynar PVDF Tubing Semi Rigid

PVDF tubing is ideal for fluid applications which require a high degree of purity such as the transfer of ultra-pure deionized water. Thinner walled PVDF tubing is translucent making it easier to confirm fluid movement.

Kynar Machining & Fabrication

Acetal is a rigid, strong material that is available in copolymer and homopolymer compounds. Its properties include low moisture absorption, good chemical resistance and good dimensional stability

Kynar Superflex PVDF Tubing

Kynar Superflex® 2500-20 PVDF, a flexible high-purity material tailored for use as flexible tubing and fittings for the chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor and pulp and paper industries. Kynar Superflex® resin allows easier processing and a larger processing window due to its relatively low melting point compared to most fluoropolymers.

Kynar Heat Shrink Tubing

Kynar® tubing is a cross-linked, thin-walled, heat shrinkable tubing offering a high degree of mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance.
