Acrylic Rod

Colored cast acrylic rods come in diameters ranging from .500 to 3.0 inches in diameter. Tight tolerances throughout the manufacturing process assure you of getting the highest quality rods in the industry. Colored cast acrylic rod is unaffected by sunlight or fluorescent lights, resists aging and maintains stability under a wide range of conditions. This material is excellent for use in POP Displays and other decorative uses. 

In larger diameter rods (.875" dia. and above) these high-quality rods are commonly used as grab bars in showers, tubs and spas. Acrylic is moisture resistant, non-toxic and meets standard building codes for use in these applications. It is UV stabilized and it will not warp, crack, craze, or corrode when subjected to prolonged exposure outdoors. It has a forming temp of 350° F. and a maximum continuous temp of 180°F.
