Zelux® polycarbonate is an engineering plastic with excellent dimensional stability and good strengthZelux and stiffness over a wide range of service temperatures. Zelux® is often used for structural applications when clarity and impact strength are essential including lenses, manifolds, site glasses, and machine guards. Zelux® is used for a wide variety of electrical applications since it has low moisture absorption, good insulating properties, and an excellent flammability rating. Zelux ® is easy to fabricate, paint, and glue

Types of Zelux
Zelux® M stress relieved rod and heavy gauge sheet products can be machined into a wide variety of parts that offer dimensional stability at temperatures from -40°F to 280°F. All non-reinforced: Zelux® M products are virtually unbreakable, making them extremely safe when exposed to heavy impact.
Zelux® polycarbonate is a transparent engineering plastic with excellent dimensional stability and good mechanical and electrical properties. It is used for structural applications when clarity and impact strength are essential including lenses, manifolds, site glasses, and machine guards.
Zelux® glass reinforced sheet is particularly used in applications where metals particularly die cast aluminum and zinc, are commonly used. The coefficient of thermal expansion of glass-filled Zelux® is reduced by nearly 75%, thus equaling that of some metals.
