Ultem® 2200 is a polyetherimide is an amber (20%) glass filled high performance polymer which combines high strength and rigidty at elevated temperatures with long term heat resistance. Ultem® 2100 offers excellent dimensional stability combined with broad chemical resistance. Ultem® 2100 is also inherently flame resistant and low smoke generation. It excels in medical reusable applications requiring repeated sterilization and is available in FDA compliant colors.
