Mitsubishi Chemical's TIVAR® formulations then modify that base resin with fillers, dry lubricants, colorants, or detection additives to solve one specific problem on your line.

The baseline TIVAR® formulation and the industry reference point for UHMW-PE. Balanced wear resistance, impact strength, and friction performance for bearings, bushings, chain guides, sprockets, and rollers.
Premium lining material purpose-built for bulk material handling, where extremely low friction and wear are the priority — hopper and chute liners moving abrasive bulk solids.
Modified with built-in dry lubricants, giving it the lowest coefficient of friction of any TIVAR® product plus enhanced antistatic behavior. Suited to parcel chutes, transfer plates, and dusty conveyor environments.
Oil-filled polymer for a further-reduced coefficient of friction and quieter operation. Common on diverter bars, roller covers, conveyor skirting/scrapers, and self-unloading ship components. FDA-compliant.
A high-impact, noise-reducing formulation with enhanced release characteristics and wear resistance, aimed at the same demanding bulk-handling and off-road/mining duty as Oil Filled and 88.
Bearing-grade material with a built-in dry lubricant that can cut the coefficient of friction of finished components by up to 80%. HPV FG is certified to EU 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR §177.1520 for food-industry conveyor components.
Glass-filled and easily identified by its bright green color. Delivers higher tensile strength and stiffness than standard UHMW for high-speed, high-load, sliding-abrasion duty — a shatter-resistant alternative to ceramic linings.

An electrically conductive grade for applications that need charge dissipated to ground rather than just controlled — a step beyond CleanStat for ESD-sensitive environments.
