Techtron® PSGF Polyphenylene Sulfide PPS shapes are compression molded and glass filled, giving them extreme dimensional stability as well as improved chemical and corrosion resistance over unfilled PPS materials.

Techtron® PSBG PPS compression molded shapes are internally lubricated and carbon fiber-reinforced, allowing them to exhibit excellent wear resistance, outstanding dimensional stability, and extreme chemical and corrosion resistance.

This internally lubricated, glass-fiber reinforced PPS bridges the gap in performance and price between standard and advanced engineering plastics, exhibiting excellent resistance to wear, hydrolysis, and chemicals, as well as great electrical insulation and low flammability.

This PPS grade exhibits outstanding dimensional stability due to its minimal moisture absorption and low coefficient of linear thermal expansion, making the material easy to machine to close tolerances.

A reinforced, self-lubricating PPS material with a high limiting pressure velocity for superior wear resistance, as well as outstanding resistance to chemicals, hydrolysis, and flames.

Techtron® GF40 is a 40% glass fiber reinforced grade of PPS that exhibits higher stiffness and creep resistance than other PPS grades. Because of its improved dimensional stability, this grade excels in structural applications involving a high static load, even for long periods of time and at elevated temperatures.
