EMCO Plastics carries a full stock offering of PCTFE (Neoflon®, Kel-F®). PCTFE, also known as CTFE, combines physical and mechanical properties, non-flammability, chemical resistance, near zero moisture absorption, and excellent electrical properties not found in any other thermoplastic fluoropolymer. It has many of the same properties as other fluoropolymers such as PTFE, FEP, and PFA, but is more rigid, is resistant to cold flow, and has the lowest coefficient of thermal expansion of unfilled fluoropolymers, making it an ideal choice for dimensional stability.
