Heat Stabilized NylonNylon HS Blue is heat stabilized cast nylon 6, which is easily distinguished by its distinctive blue color. It is manufactured with additives in the form of high-temperature resistant colorants, U.V. stabilizers, and heat stabilizers which allow HS Blue to retain its properties in applications operating at elevated temperatures. This reduces stress distortion that can be caused by machining.

Features:

  • Heat stabilized
  • Excellent abrasion and wear resistance
  • Retains physical properties as the temperature is increased

Industries:

  • Transport
  • Shipbuilding
  • Food and food packaging
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Steel mills
  • Quarrying and mining
  • Cranes
  • Conveyors
