Chemfluor 767® maintains an outstanding electrical-insulating capability through thermal cycling and in high humidity environments, and will not deform under load at room temperature. This material’s high compressive strength and dimensional stability make it a good choice for structural material, while its low outgassing rate (0.01% TML, 0.00% CVCM, 0.00% WVR when tested per ASTM E-595-90), and permeability make PCTFE a great choice for laboratory, aerospace, flight applications, and instrumentation.
