EMCO Industrial Plastics carries Vinyl rubber available in sheet, roll, or custom gasket forms. Vinyl rubber is very durable, has a strong chemical resistance, and is also resistant to moisture absorption and provides an easy-to-clean surface that’s great for hard-wearing environments.
Our Vinyl materials are available in thicknesses of 1/16” to 1/4”, including all standard iterations of inch and metric thickness measurements across this range. Continuous sheets and rolls are available in any width from 12” to 36”, and lengths up to 150’. In-house CNC gasket cutting, machining, and waterjet cutting capabilities promote tight tolerances, repeatable accuracy, and rapid part development across our entire Vinyl offering.
