Machine Grade ABS Plastic

ABS machine grade is an economical engineering plastic that is easy to machine and fabricate. The three compounds that makeup ABS are acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene plastic. ABS is an ideal material for structural applications when impact resistance, strength, and stiffness are required. It is widely used for machining pre-production prototypes since it has excellent dimensional stability and is easy to paint and glue. ABS material occupies the unique position of being a bridge between the general industrial and other higher performance engineering thermoplastics.
