Polypropylene
Polypropylene (PP) is an economical material noted for its excellent chemical resistance in corrosive environments. It is a translucent material with excellent mechanical properties and has gradually replaced polyethylenes for many purposes.
PP, Homopolymer
PPH offers a high strength to weight ratio and is stiffer and stronger than copolymer, This combined with good chemical resistance and weldability allows this material to be used in many corrosion resistant structures.
PP, Copolymer
Noted for its excellent chemical resistance in corrosive environments, Polypropylene provides excellent resistance to organic solvents, degreasing agents and electrolytic attack.
PP, Fire/Flame Retardant
Emco's CP7-D flame retardant polypropylene meet or exceed the most rigorous FMRC 4910 testing standards for most aspects of flame retardation, self-extinguishing characteristics and burn through.
