Polyamide-imide, Unfilled
Polyamide-imide (PAI), sold under the Torlon & reg trade name, exhibits extreme flame resistance and has very low smoke generation. Several variants within these grade include electrical grade and bearing grade.
Polyamide-imide, Glass Filled
Glass-filled PAI grades are electrically insulative,  possess exceptional dielectric strength, and offer higher stiffness, mechanical strength, and creep resistance
