Continuous cast acrylic is a high-quality acrylic sheet with the added value of having a much tighter thickness tolerance vs. cell cast. Continuous cast acrylic is very beneficial if you need the high molecular weight of cast sheet plus the added thickness and width benefits of continuous cast. It is available in thicknesses from .118 to .236 and in sizes up to 108 inches wide and 168 inches long and can be ordered with thermoformable poly-film masking or TufGuard® masking.
