Thermoplastic Tanks:

Engineered to withstand corrosion, high temperatures, and rugged shop use.

Fabricated from homopolymer or copolymer polypropylene, HDPE, PVC, CPVC, or PVDF, depending on the application.

Forming machines bend thermoplastic sheets in full sheets in thicknesses up to 2” and lengths up to 10’.

Our machine butt welded joints exceed parent material strength by fusing individual sheets together to form a continuous sheet.

In today’s high technology industries, billions of dollars are invested in clean rooms to protect expensive equipment and their processes from being contaminated by airborne micron sized particles. Fires, even those small enough to pose no danger to the facility, can be disastrous to the integrity of the clean room itself.
Emco Plastics stocks and fabricates cabinets, wet benches, wafer stackers, and polishers. We make spin dryers and tanks from this line of specialized FM4910 and UL2360 materials. These plastics have been specially formulated to provide protection against the spread of fire and flames. All of the materials shown below are listed with FM Global (formerly Factory Mutual Insurance Company) as compliant to FM4910 requirements. When FM4910 materials are used for construction in an area, fire suppression systems are not required.

Emco Plastics manufactures sinks that are corrosion and chemical resistant. Thermoplastic construction offers surfaces smoother than steel or fiberglass. We can supply corrosion-proof PVC components for the construction of exhaust ventilation systems to meet your own requirements. The PVC material reduces power consumption and provides maintenance-free operation. Chemical Industry
Emco Plastics manufactures plastic dip tanks, dipping baskets, fume hoods, and ducting from polypropylene, polyvinylchloride, and polyethylene. Emco also sells piping and fittings in all chemical resistant plastics.
Marine Industry
Not only does Emco manufacture custom welded tanks, but we also stock molded tanks from such manufacturers as Chemtainer and Nalgene. These range from 25 gallon water storage tanks to plastic gas tanks for boats. There is no limit on size. Tanks range from 5 to 5000 gallons are in different shapes for whatever your need.
Semiconductor Industry
Agency Approval is the hot topic in the semiconductor industry. Emco Plastics stocks and fabricates plastic that meet FM4910 and UL2360 requirements. We offer the Flamtec® family of fire retardant plastics, as well as Brigade® 7510 white CPVC, and Westlake Plastics’ HTP800® clear PVC.
